You look at the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls face-on, and you stand at the edge of the Horseshoe Falls at Terrapin Point on Goat Island. What you miss is the full front view of the Horseshoe Falls, which is only from Canada.
Two listings touch the Canadian question anyway: the See Sight van offers the Skylon Tower as a paid upgrade across the border, and the Empire Vacations 2-day listing names Queen Victoria Park, which is on the Canadian side, though its itinerary stays on the U.S. side.
